Love Story Meets Viva la Vida

So a few months ago- Bryson was in Grand Pianos Live, a show up here at BYU Idaho.  He recruited a  Cello major named Elizabeth to figure out John Schmidts Love Story meets Viva la Vida. There is no written music for this song. The two of them figured it all out by ear. After a month of daily practices- they went for it.  They were the final number and the crowd loved it so much, they won the contest meaning they got to perform a second time in the Best Of show at the end of the semester!  It was so fun to watch. You'll probably have to mute my music down at the bottom of the page. :)

Together Forever

On April 14th 2011, we set out on our biggest adventure ever, sealing the deal in the Sacramento Temple.  We cannot even describe what a wonderful day it was.  We were sealed at 11:00 am by Jessica's Grandfather, Jay Smith.  What a special experience that was!  It was so wonderful to have him be the one to say those special words and perform that sacred and wonderful ordinance.  The spirit was strong, and there were so many loving faces there to support us.  Truly a day that will be treasured for all of time and eternity.  Many thanks to two wonderful sets of parents that made all of this possible for us.  We couldn't be luckier!  Our hearts are full of love and gratitude for them as well as a loving Father in Heaven who led us to each other.  We have both experienced many tender mercies in our lives, but this tops all!

All these bridal shots were taken by the one and only Marilee.  We had lots of fun exploring old downtown Sacramento and the capital grounds.  It was such a beautiful day!  Such a wonderful time!  It only made us more excited to get married.  After taking these pictures, we wished we were! :)  Then, a few weeks later, the time finally came. :)
